Meet Noelle
I’m a writer. I’ve loved the process since I was a toddler sitting on my mom’s lap. She loved to tell the story of how I’d laugh each time she was typing something and hit a key on my dad’s old Underwood typewriter. I still feel that pleasure when I sit in front of a keyboard, ready to start another writing day. That’s taken me through journalism and communication careers and publishing two non-fiction books. I’m now awaiting publication of my first novel and well into writing my second in the triad.
I’ve wanted to write a novel since I was a teen, but I knew I had to see more of the world first. I trusted the process - and am pleased with the results. It’s meant not only having the dedication to produce another book, but trying something completely new. It’s also meant having the courage to follow my intuition, or sacred pulse, and living into all the changes that requires.
I’ve learned a lot of practices to freely create from that space. I’ve been sharing what I learned from the time I started promoting my first book, Margaret Laurence: A Gift of Grace, A spiritual Biography. I have aslo trained as a spiritual director to add a broader dimension to my workshops. Now, I feel called to share the practices that helped me reset my life to help you find the joy of birthing what lies in you, too.
So, if you’re feeling a nudge to do “something more” and live by your sacred pulse, too, watch for more workshops and try some new body, mind, and spirit practices to see where this journey can lead you!
